The Ridderheim report was for many years Sweden's most comprehensive public food trend report. The first five reports came out between 2007 and 2015.
When we now revisit this much appreciated publication and this project, the world is completely different. We hope that this, the sixth report, continues to contribute to a deeper understanding of consumers, food and meals and spreads curiosity and joy to explore and shape the food and meals of the future.
This report is a little more condensed and hopefully more accessible to you as a reader.
